Pilot Roll-Out Plan

The Volm Network OEM Licensing Stack will be rolled out in the following stages:

  • Stage 1: IoT Devices

    • Target: Smart cameras, gateways, routers.

    • Why: High shipment volumes (millions per year), low per-unit integration cost.

    • Proof Point: Show that even low-end IoT devices can run the Volm Node with <10 KB overhead.

    • Example: A home security camera earns $1–2/month in Volm rewards.

  • Stage 2: Drones

    • Target: Agriculture drones, inspection drones.

    • Why: Drones have predictable downtime (charging docks).

    • Proof Point: Drones can earn during Volm time without draining flight battery.

    • Example: An agriculture drone runs Volm compute jobs overnight → yields $10/month.

  • Stage 3: Industrial Robotics

    • Target: Warehouse AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles), cobots (collaborative robots).

    • Why: Huge $1.4T downtime market (Siemens report).

    • Proof Point: Robots Volm ~20–40% of their shift can generate yield while still mission-ready.

    • Example: A warehouse AGV contributes spare CPU cycles when docked, earning $50/month.
